RAW BALLS

These raw balls are so simple and yet so good. Dried fruits still contain a lot of sugar, but this is a very good alternative to fight the chocolate bar craving with a natural one. 

We serve them as a post-workout snack but they work perfectly throughout the day. This is the base recipe, but you can mix it up with different nuts, seeds, oils etc. to suit your taste.

 

2 handfulls almonds
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
6-8 dates
A small handful of raisins
2 tbsp. Shredded coconut
1 tbsp. peanut butter

 

Mix everything in a food processor until it reaches the gooey texture. Roll them up and cover them with coconut, cocoa powder or whatever you fancy. Enjoy!
